This tour has it all!! Great for kids and the whole family! Let us take you on a great adventure to the country side of Tecate.
We'll drive for 1 hour among the mountains of Baja, east of Valle de Guadalupe and take you to an amazing private ranch "Rancho Tecate". Once there, a number of different outdoor adventures await you! Try zip lining across the lake, do some hiking and mountain biking, swim or row in a canoe. Full SPA service also available if you just want to disconnect yourself from the world. Get a massage, a facial or hot stone treatment while drinking wine and eating cheese. Lunch is served outdoors so you can enjoy an equestrian show by the Andalusian and Arabian horses. Lunch includes juice cuts of steak and pork on the grill, lots of organic vegetables and amazing desserts. After the outdoor activities and lunch, we will let you try the best craft beer in the region and do some tequila and mezcal tastings. The whole experience can be done in a day but if you want to take it slow, ask about our “Rancho Tecate” overnight stay package.

Pick up from San Diego (location to be determined by customer).

Cross the border into Mexico via Tecate/Campo east of San Diego.
10:30 am
Visit the town of Tecate (main plaza, downtown and cerveceria Tecate).
11:30 am
Arrival at "Rancho Tecate" for a full tour of the facilities.
12:30 pm
Start outdoor adventures. Your chance to try zip lining, horseback riding, canoe rowing, biking, hiking or whatever makes you tick!!
2:30 pm

You will be picked up at your location of preference and driven south across the border without having to get out of the transport. Once in Mexico, you will enjoy an easy one hour drive along the Pacific Scenic route towards Ensenada. During whale season you can actually spot a few whales along the way! Sufficient restroom stops if necessary. Once in Ensenada, we’ll go east for ten more minutes into wine country! By 11am you will be enjoying delicious reserve wine from Valle de Guadalupe!
You will visit three boutique wineries with wine tastings included, get a tour of the winemaking process and enjoy a delicious BajaMed, five course, lunch at Finca Altozano by famous chef Javier Plascencia.
This is a private tour aboard a luxury 6-14 passenger van with air conditioning and reclining seats. Only the people from your party will come along in your transport. No strangers! Plenty of legroom and free bottles of drinking water will be provided to each passenger! You are also welcome to bring your own drinks too (no large ice boxes).

Great time
Mario was a great tour guide, we went to several different locations in Mexico, he was very knowledgeable. His communication before the trip was great. Would definitely recommend and would use this company again.

We went to “la bota event”
The trip was amazing! lots of fun. Mario and Rene were very professional, cordial and respectful. El evento de la bota is once a year and the music and food wa great! Montefiori hotel was clean and quaint and we even went yo El Encanto restaurant with a view to the ocean and live music with folclórico dance. I highly recommend Baja California Wine Tours

The mexican museum..driving around coast line..info about Trump border misformation.
The tour guide Mario was amazing.
Even with leg in cast it never slowed down his enthusiasm for our complete enjoyment of tour.
I enjoyed his knowledge of of all the sight. And his fun delivery. He made the tour fun !!
I would highly recommend this tour

Great Tour
The tour was excellent and the our guide Mario was fantastic. We toured a small sample of the numerious vineyards and wineries of the region in one day. If your really into wines I would recommend a longer stay because there are so many wineries to sample and it should'nt be done in one day. If your a wine aficionado or student there of this place will be remnesant of Napa size with Temecula Valley weather and geography. Our guides choice of wineries and dinning establishments was catered to our palets. I would highly recomend this tour group to all that want a great wine experience.

Best way to see the Valle!
My 2nd time taking this tour and will definitely do it again. The transportation, pick up and drop off is so convenient. The wineries themselves are gorgeous and modern - and the wine is great! Mario has been our guide both times and has so much knowledge of the Valle and the different properties! Lunch at Finca is delicious! The ease of the private tour is the best way to experience the Valle!

The most beautiful Gastrobar in the world
Mario is one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable, smart, eloquent speaker, and extremely professional tour guide. I dont like like when a guide speaks too much. But Mario is someone that captivates the audience. All his choices of vineyards were amazing and we will never forget Bar.Baru. To me is one of the most beautiful restaurants, Gastrobars in the world. The food and wines were the best. This was my third time going in I will repeat it again and will bring all my international friends to see such beautiful sites to meet Mario. Book the Tour! You won't be disappointed.
I can't say enough good things about our adventure to Baja's wine country, Valle de Guadalupe. René, our tour guide, was absolutely fabulous, making our small group feel comfortable and jovial from the get-go with his humor and knowledge of the region. The choice in wineries was superb! If I had any expectations, they were exceeded, and I cannot wait to return. The views to/from and at the wineries, themselves, were incredible Instagram-worthy scenes. The food was absolutely delicious. This tour is worth every penny!

Fantastic tour
This is an absolutely wonderful tour to take if you want to get an authentic view of Mexico. With this tour, you get a full day of walking around and visiting Tijuana, and so much of what makes Mexico unique. It is so much more than stopping for a couple hours in Mexico like you would on a cruise, staying near the "safe" port of the ship the entire time. The tour takes you to several places, and you get to taste so much authentic Mexican food. Having Mexican street corn from a street vendor by the Baja peninsula was something we will never forget! The market was great, as well as every other stop. Mario was fantastic, and being native to the area made the tour memorable and exciting. We highly recommend it.

A fun trip with excellent safety parameters!
Mario is the man. It was an amazing trip, with good food & wine all day long. The bus had AC & Mario took care of all our needs along with ensuring everything was safe.
